Breaking down Six North May's floor plans

Click to enlargeSince my last post about RMR PartnersSix North May was also Yo’s first, I figured I’ll follow up with a look at one of the building’s floor plans.

The southeast condos on each of Six North May’s four residential floors get the best views of the surrounding neighborhood. The length of the unit runs parallel to Madison Street, and its 18 x 4′ metal balcony wraps around the building’s corner, giving residents a view both to the south and to the east, toward downtown.

Northeast units also have corner balconies, but units on the building’s western side only get 12 x 4′ balconies facing either the north or the south.

Southeast units boast a 22′-5″ x 14′-9″ living and dining space, a 16′-1″ x 12′ master bedroom with adjoining bath and 5′-11″ x 5′-4″ walk-in closet, and a 10′-2″ x 9′-4″ second bedroom.

Eight of the 16 homes at 6 N May St are still on the market at prices ranging from the $380s to $430s. Indoor parking is $15,000 per space through the end of March.
