Well, you can’t accuse Kedzie Square, a 28-unit new-construction project in Logan Square, of being coy. Five large signs are planted along the construction site, at 2065 N Kedzie Ave, advertising what marketers Koenig & Strey call the “elements of a life,” which apparently are earth, wind, water, passion and… Kedzie Square (not Milla Jovovich, as you might have thought). We’ve told you all about Brighton Development‘s project in earlier posts, and it looks like the one- to three-bedroom condos are over 20 percent sold. Prices start in the $290s.
