Nothing’s happening yet at the site of Parc Huron (or Parc Huron 469, as the sign on the fence says), but the development’s Web site promises a sales center will open in September.
Miami-based Lennar Corp. is building a 21-story high-rise at 469 W Huron St. The 221 condos will have one to three bedrooms ranging from 614 to 1,443 square feet. Prices start in the upper $200s and go up to the mid $600s, with “in-towns” priced from the mid $200s.
