A slow market apparently isn’t deterring Provence Development Group, which recently announced plans for 9 West Erie, an eco-friendly high-rise in River North. The developer will seek LEED certification for the 14-story tower, according to Lynn Reidl, of Real Living Helios, an agent marketing the project.
Plans by Weiss Architecture call for ground-floor retail, several levels of parking, and 10 residential levels with six units per floor, Reidl says. The condos will be 740 to 1,700 square feet, with one or two bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms.
Prices range from $279,000 to $764,000, with parking for $40,000.
A grand opening will be held Oct 11 at a sales center in Real Living Helios’ office at 152 W Superior St, Reidl says.
