It’s not the easiest building to get to, but we braved road construction on Milwaukee Avenue to take a look at Current Development Corporation‘s Willard Court Loft Condominiums, tucked away at 949 N Willard Ct in River West. The new-construction building has 20 condos ranging from studios to three bedrooms with “lofty” features like 11- to 12-foot ceilings and some exposed brick and ductwork.
