Sales update: 60 percent sold at Superior 110

Superior 110It’s a bit later than promised, but this morning I was able to speak with Greg Allen Eldridge from @properties about sales at Superior 110. According to Eldridge, the building is 60 percent sold, and there are now 58 units in the building – down from 62 because some of the units have been expanded.

A full-floor unit will be located on the 11th floor, and several of the smaller units on the eighth floor have been combined to maker larger three-bedroom condos. Prices for one-bedrooms start in the $530s and two-bedrooms start in the $590s. On floors 20 to 27 there are three-bedroom condos that occupy a half floor each and start at $1.46 million.

Cash incentives of $5,000 are offered for the one- and two-bedroom units, and $10,000 incentives are offered for the larger condos.

Eldridge says the contractors are pouring cement for the 24th floor this week, and they should top out by the end of the month. Deliveries will start in November.

And as for those windows, Eldridge says the blue tint on the exterior is much darker than what you would see from inside the units: He describes the view from the sales center as a shade of sky blue.
