More than 90 of 740 Fulton‘s 132 loft-style condos are sold and occupied, according to David Chase, president and CEO of the The Thrush Companies, which is developing the project.
The building, located in the Fulton Market District, has one-, two- and three-bedroom condos.
The building features business and fitness centers, an Internet cafe, a concierge and a dog run. Interior finishes include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors and exposed ductwork, as well as 11- or 18-foot ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Prices on most of the remaining units range from the high $200s to the $590s. Two three-bedroom penthouses are also available, selling in the high $800s.
Chase expects construction to be completed by mid-September.
