Sales update: One two-bedroom, three three-bedrooms left at The Chelsea

The Chelsea

We’ve given a lot of attention to Stillpoint Development‘s Mod over the past few months, and have even written a few times about Halsted Row, Stillpoint’s joint venture with Chicago Graystone Realty. But we haven’t devoted more than one post to The Chelsea, Stillpoint and Chicago Graystone’s 12-unit complex at 2921 – 2927 N Lincoln Ave in Lake View.

In a sponsored article from the April issue of New Homes, sales agent Jim Miller said that The Chelsea had eight two- and three-bedrooms left, with prices ranging from the $470s to the $650s. If the project’s Web site can be trusted, Miller and fellow agent Dave Salyers have managed to average one sale per month since then, because the site only lists four available condos at this point.

The ChelseaOne is a squarish two-bedroom / two-bath with approximately 1,214 square feet, according to the site. The other three are L-shaped three-bedroom / two-baths with 1,642 to 1,772 square feet.

In the meantime, it looks like 13 homes from Halsted Row’s final two phases have gone on the market, bringing the number of unsold units there back up to 19. Two-bedrooms are selling from the $480s to the $690s, and three-bedrooms are priced from the $640s to the $760s. Parking is $30,000 per space. When complete, the project will comprise 44 residences at 2847 – 2905 N Halsted Ave.

Chicago Graystone is also working on a 12-unit project called The Catalina at 2524 – 2530 N Ashland Ave, where two- and three-bedrooms range from the $490s to the $770s. There’s nothing about these homes in the Yo archives, so we hope to find out a little bit more about them very soon.
