Walton on the Park, the two-tower River North development from The Enterprise Companies and Mesirow Financial Real Estate, will officially open for business at noon tomorrow. As we’ve told you before, the two buildings (one is 37 stories and the other 32) were designed by Enterprise’s architect of choice at Museum Park, Pappageorge / Haymes, and will have a total of about 450 condos starting in the $470s. The three historic mansions on the site are being offered from $3.5 million. The sales center is located on-site at 1 W Walton St.
