The Armour Park Homes are an eclectic lot. Peppered in among the plain, brick single-family homes with Prairie-style roofs are a few designs with angular or rounded bays and funky metallic siding. These designs, by Vari Architects, help to break up the monotony of a long, uninterrupted row of 40 homes. The Barbaro and Difoggio development, located at 3100 S Stewart Ave in Armour Square, still has a couple of three-bedroom homes available with prices in the $530s.
