The Northwest Side also has its fair share of sizable townhome projects, like New Haven Homes’ Townhomes on the Square (pictured), at 4949 N Lincoln Ave, in Lincoln Square. The 31 prairie-style townhomes have two or three bedrooms, and prices start in the $490s.
Dubin Residential is offering builder-closeout units at Kilbourn Court, its 116-unit townhome development at 3220 N Kilborn Ave, in Kilbourn Park. Remaining two- and three-bedroom units are priced from the mid-$300s.
Cornelia Court, located at 3001 W Cornelia Ave, in Irving Park, has 63 townhouses with two to four bedrooms starting in the $470s. The on-site model will have its grand opening June 10 and 11 from noon until 5 p.m.
Fletcher Row, 2424 W Fletcher St, in Hamlin Park, will have 20 townhomes with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms ranging in price from the $590s to the $800s.
