We have nothing new to report on Aqua, although there’s a good chance it’ll get a mention or two in the architecture-themed September issue of New Homes.

When complete, the 81-story building at 225 N Columbus Dr will have 268 condominiums, 476 rental residences, 210 hotel rooms, and an 80,000-square-foot outdoor deck.
