Located across the street from Boulevard Townhomes in North Kenwood – Oakland, the building has two- and three-bedroom units with 1,400 to 2,000 square feet, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble bathrooms with heated floors, and gated parking. Prices range from the $260s to the $390s.
