Lincolnshire condo development offers infinite terrace

Lincolnshire Place on the Village Green

Suburban condo developments sure like their names long, as most clearly evidenced by The Residences of The Center of the North Shore, which we’ve told you about recently. Now here’s a look at Lincolnshire Place on the Village Green, a 62-unit condo building from Weiss Development in downtown suburban Lincolnshire. Condos have two or three bedrooms, 1,785 to 3,200 square feet and balconies or rooftop terraces.

The development, which borders public garden space with walking and biking paths, also has a fitness room and a club room overlooking the exciting-sounding “Infinity Terrace.” We were hoping this might resemble the incredible infinity room at Wisconsin’s absurdist House on the Rock attraction, but it turns out it’s an “infinity-edge reflecting pool,” which still sounds pretty cool. Condos are priced from the $430s to the $940s, and first occupancy is planned for spring 2008. A sales center is located at 100 Village Green Drive in Lincolnshire.
