Warman Development has unveiled a model unit for Prairie Station’s Aristocrat Tower, a 146-unit art deco-style high-rise slated for a site at 21st Street and Prairie Avenue. The photos are a little dark, but Warman went all out in decorating the joint, where prices range from the $180s to just under $1 million. The two-bedroom two-bathroom model is at 2028 S Prairie Ave. The simulated view through the sliding glass doors (above) represents an eastern-looking vista from what will be the 17th floor of the tower, facing northeast.
