It’s been a while since our last stroll down a booming stretch of North Larrabee Street in River North (late-night visits to The Motel Bar don’t really count), and The Enterprise Companies‘ River Village Pointe is shaping up to be one prim-looking mid-rise. The upward slope of the roof is a little less steep than it appears in the rendering, but it still makes an impact, and we like how the building handles its triangular site and the curving intersection of Crosby Street. The development, located at 906 N Larrabee St, has 100 condos priced from the $240s to the $370s. Check out some more construction pictures inside.
