It looks like The Gammonley Group‘s 25-story Prairie Pointe, located at 1600 S Prairie in Central Station, is going to be finished soon. They’ve yet to add the decorative red striping — which, if nothing else, makes the building stand out — to half the building. We can already say the red brick base of townhouses makes for one of the more attractive high-rise bases we’ve seen recently. The development has 156 condos with one to three bedrooms, and prices range from the $280s to the $910s.
