The CTA’s proposed Circle Line, which would link existing CTA and Metra lines in the center of the city, could have huge implications for lots of neighborhoods. The CTA in its infinite wisdom has decided that maybe the three packed days of “open houses” it held for public comment didn’t do the trick.
