No word yet on what sort of community building might take place at these planned subdivisions, but here’s a softball game we’d love to see: Irish Prairie vs. Tuscan Woods. Town & Country Homes, which prides itself on “community-themed” developments, will start sales in April for The Oaks at Irish Prairie, in the town of McHenry. That same month, Ryland Homes will finish two models for Tuscan Woods, in Elgin.
