Residents began moving into the Loop’s new MILA apartment tower months ago. Last Thursday evening a crowd numbering in the 100s celebrated MILA’s grand opening with food and refreshments, and tours of the amenities and model apartments.
MILA has a maximum of twelve apartments per floor, and only six different floor plans. One- and 2-bedroom corner units have balconies. You can tour all of the individual plans in the videos in this post.
Apartments at MILA are available for immediate occupancy.
Studio rents start at $2,101, 1-bedrooms at $2,387, and 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments at $3,598 a month. Floor plans and near real-time rent and availability info are online.
MILA has an extensive amenities suite, including the only rooftop pool in Chicago’s Loop.
