Noah Properties is best known for its rapidly-selling stylish new homes and condos, but the company has begun building new rental properties with condo-quality finishes and amenities.
Noah is nearing completion of four 6-unit buildings spanning nearly an entire block on the Albany Park / Irving Park border. One of the buildings is already occupied, 3648 W Montrose will be ready within a day or two, and the other two will be available for occupancy March 1st and April 1st.
Each building has four 2-bedroom, 2-bath bi-level units and two 3-bedroom, 2-bath tri-level units. All of the units have high-style kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, hardwood floors in the main living areas, fireplaces, high ceilings, ample closets, in-unit washer / dryers and spacious master bedrooms with large baths. The master baths have a double-bowl vanity, tub and separate shower.
All of the units also have private outdoor space and include garage parking in rents that begin at $1,500 a month. Ten of the units have already been rented.
