Andy Kiener of Insight Real Estate Services recently reintroduced Joe Zekas to a “tried and true project” in Evanston: Grand Bend at Green Bay at 1228 Emerson St. Insight has taken over marketing of Grand Bend and rolled new prices for many of its condos, including the wide, light-filled, 1,400 square-foot two-bedroom Andy and Joe tour in this video. As Joe notes, Andy’s philosophy for these homes is that “bigger is better, except when it comes to price,” evidenced in the development’s starting prices in the $190s.
As we noted last Friday, Grand Bend has a surprisingly walkable location compared to some of Chicago’s most “neighborhoody” neighborhoods.
