For some months now there’s been a sign announcing Sauganash Glen on a site in the 4200 block of W Peterson Ave.
Sales were originally slated to begin this past spring, with models opening this summer. Current plans call for sales to start in January or February of next year.
The development, in the leafy Sauganash neighborhood, will consist of 35 freestanding single-family homes ranging in size from 4,200 to 4,500 square feet. The 2-story homes will have full finished basements and detached 3-car garages. Prices will range upwards from the mid-$700s.
