Buyers at Basecamp Old Irving Park can select from two plans: one with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and the other with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. All homes will have detached 2- or 3-car garages and private yards. Pre-completion prices are slated to begin at $479,900.
