New homes and condos by Noah Properties have been selling almost as quickly as they’re completed in a number of popular North Side neighborhoods.
One of Noah Properties’ latest developments is a 3-flat and two 5-flats in a prime Bucktown location at 2215-23 W Wabansia St. The units will range in price from the high $300s to the mid-$600s and will be unlike any of the developer’s previous projects. Three of the 13 have already been reserved, even though occupancy isn’t slated until April and May.
