Floor plans, prices and other details for 1225 Old Town, a new rental high-rise at 1225 N Wells St in Old Town, became available early yesterday evening when its new website went live. The site also has view shots taken from the 16th (top) floor of the full-service, full-amenity 250-unit tower.
Studio rents start at $1,485 a month, convertibles at $1,560, 1-bedrooms at $1,892, 2-bedroom / 2-bath units at $2,891, 3-bedroom / 2-baths at $4,490 and 3-bedroom / 3-baths at $5,051.
First occupancies are slated for late summer at the first new rental high-rise in Old Town in decades. The development also includes 30,000 square feet of new retail, which should enliven the southern end of the vibrant Wells Street retail / dining / nightlife strip.
