New website, hardhat tours at new West Loop apartments

First occupancies are slated for January at Circa 922, 922 W Washington in the West Loop.

Circa 922 just launched its new website, with floor plans and details on the apartments and the full suite of common-area amenities.

Hardhat tours of the building and the apartments have begun on a by-appointment basis.

The tours are called “hardhat” for a reason. You’ll don the kind of helmet that construction workers wear for safety reasons and walk through areas where there’s a lot of activity underway putting the finishing touches on the interiors. You’ll be in an environment that’s often dusty, dirty and noisy.

Empty apartments strike most people as being smaller than they actually are. It’s counter-intuitive, but an apartment filled with furniture is almost always going to seem larger than a vacant one, especially one that has tools, equipment, cabinets and other items strewn randomly around the space. Rely on your tour guide to help you draw a mental map of how the space will live for you, and don’t hesitate to express your questions and concerns.

Don’t miss a chance to see the dramatic skyline views from the rooftop sundeck.

Apartments with walk-out access to the pool deck, and the southeast corner apartments with sweeping views, are likely to rent before finished models are available.
The number of participants in each hardhat tour is limited. Contact the leasing office at 312-455-992 to reserve a slot on one of the tours.
