You’ve heard that Whole Foods has opened its new West Loop store at 1 N Halsted St, three short blocks east of the new apartments and lofts at Circa 922.
Whole Foods is the new kid on the block, but there’s an old kid on the same block as Circa 922: JJ.P. Graziano Grocery. Graziano’s has been on the block since 1937, and it’s currently run by the fourth generation of the founding family. Graziano’s has a selection of imported cheeses, olive oils, pastas, beans and more – and they serve up a great sub sandwich.
Graziano’s is one of the one-of-a-kind, locally-owned businesses that give the West Loop its distinctively urban flavor.
Circa 922 is a full-amenity new high-rise paired with a classic West Loop loft building a short half-block south of Randolph Street’s restaurant row.
