It's a jumble of hilariously off-base statements. Reading it is an exercise in self-inflicted pain, since it seems written by someone who doesn't have either a grasp of the English language or a minimal respect for facts. I'm rarely this critical of a developer's Web efforts, but this one is extraordinary. Makes you wonder about the development itself.
