North lakefront MLS-listed rentals on the rise

by Joe Zekas on 4/16/14

The number of MLS-listed homes and condos available for rent in six north lakefront ZIP Codes from Lincoln Park to Rogers Park is 16% higher than it was six weeks ago, and 35% higher than at the same time two years ago.

The 668 units currently available for rent represent only a 3% increase since the beginning of the year.

MLS-listed condo rentals are typically very competitive with the rents at managed apartment buildings, and are often priced significantly lower. The KoenigRubloff Realty Group website makes it easy for you to search MLS-listed rentals by neighborhood, ZIP Code and address and view the results on a map or list.
