Two newly-renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments are available at Chestnut Tower for $3,240 a month. The apartments have designer finishes, oversized stainless steel appliances, espresso cabinetry, glass tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, plank wood flooring and USB receptacles.
Leases that begin by March 31 will receive a month’s free rent and a $100 monthly parking rate.
Scott Residences, a new boutique building in Old Town, filled up rapidly and all that’s left for rent are three one-bedrooms.
Planned Property is offering a half-month’s free rent on all 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments at 1111 North Dearborn, 1133 North Dearborn, 1120 North LaSalle and 1000 North LaSalle.
The model apartments and on-site leasing office are now open at North Water, a new 52-story apartment tower at 340 E North Water in Streeterville. North Water is a full-amenity view building with sweeping vistas in every direction. Apartments are available for immediate and later occupancy.
The Lofts at River East, Streeterville’s only rental loft building, has been leasing rapidly for April 1 occupancy, with studios and two-bedrooms being the most popular units. All of the two-bedrooms have been rented for April, but a few are available for the middle and end of May.
Chestnut Place, 850 N State, is offering a month’s free rent on newly-renovated vacant apartments.
Hubbard Place, a newer River North high-rise with fabulous amenities, has a “spot special” its largest one-.bedroom, a 909-square foot apartment reduced almost $300 to $2,807.
Renovated units have rented quickly at Atwater, a newer Streeterville building. Unit 3103, a renovated studio, is available for $1,800 and Unit 1609, a one-bedroom with a balcony, for $2,913.
The leasing center for State & Chestnut opened recently at 873 N Rush. Early birds can lock up some of the building’s best apartments. A convertible with a walk-in shower, for example, is available for mid-June occupancy for $1,990.
1225 Old Town is showcasing a new furnished model of the 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartments currently available.
