The new Lofts at River East, Streeterville’s only rental loft building, has been leasing up at a sizzling pace. All of the 3-bedrooms, 2-bedroom plus dens, and nearly all of the studios are rented.
Walton on the Park has large luxury 1-bedrooms for immediate and mid-May occupancy, 2-bedrooms for mid-May occupancy and mid-July occupancy, and 3-bedrooms for mid-May occupancy. Available one-bedrooms start at $3,445, 2-bedrooms at $4,910, and 3-bedrooms at $7,345.
A 3,400 square foot 4-bedrom plus family room penthouse with 3 ½ baths is available for $13,000 a month.
Current incentives for these apartments include a rent credit of $450 and six months’ free parking when you apply within 24 hours of your first visit.
1225 Old Town is fully-leased on studio and convertible apartments and has a very limited number of 1-bedrooms starting at $2,450, 2-bedrooms from $3,200 and 3-bedrooms from $4,800.
