On the street near CA23, in the West Loop

by Mark Boyer on 7/21/09

Jennifer Mills is a Realtor with Koenig & Strey GMAC, but yesterday she agreed to serve as Joe Zekas’ tour guide, as she stood on Madison Street with him and fielded some questions about the West Loop.

“There’s a medley of everything – I really don’t think anything is missing in this neighborhood,” she says of the West Loop, offering everything from her favorite restaurants to street parking tips. She even addresses concerns about truck traffic in the neighborhood (a concern I’ve raised in the past), saying that because of its proximity to Fulton Market, “you’re going to have occasional trucks, which gives this neighborhood the flair that it is in the West Loop.”

Mills is heading up the sales team for CA23, The Brixton Group’s 24-unit condo development at 23 N Aberdeen St.
