Once a ballroom, now a bedroom

The third and final part of Joe’s tour through the Francis J. Dewes House touches on the private spaces of the home. The highlights include a master suite converted from a ballroom that once hosted parties for up to 300. The lower level of the home has a family room, media room, billiards room, a wet bar and kitchenette, a maid’s room and multiple baths.

The home has undergone a six-year restoration and renovation, and is now priced at $9.9 million.
