Only 5 condos left at Optima Horizons

Sales have been swift at Optima Horizons, a 16-story Evanston tower with just five condos remaining for sale.
The available units include a one-bedroom condo priced at $275,200; a two-bedroom unit on the 15th floor, priced at $324,600; and three three-bedroom homes priced from $510,700 to $518,800. Construction is far along at the building, which contains 248 units.

Optima Horizons, as the name suggests, will have impressive views, overlooking the Northwestern University campus and the lake. It also will boast a landscaped “park” and fountain at the front entry of the glass lobby, and a second landscaped area with a reflecting pool and fountain.

The condominiums have flexible floor plans, with “great” rooms, dining rooms, designated computer spaces in each unit and studies per plan. Other features include granite counters, Levelor blinds, washers and dryers, private outdoor space and separate storage.

The building has a rooftop garden and landscaped private terraces along its east and west sides. Residents will have access to an indoor swimming pool and spa, an outdoor sun deck, a fitness center and party room and indoor heated parking.

A sales center for the development is located at 1741 Maple Street, in Evanston.
