When Belgravia Group took over CA23 in the West Loop, it lowered prices and quickly sold out the condominium units in the 24-unit Phase I. Somewhat to Belgravia’s surprise, there was quite a bit of buyer interest in Phase II, an additional 24-unit building.
“One of the things that Belgravia is really good at is listening,” says Belgravia Group founder Buzz Ruttenberg.
Listening to buyers resulted in a decision to begin construction of Phase II of CA23 last December and to make a number of changes, large and small, to the Phase I design. Some of the things that didn’t change include the popular West Loop location, private elevator access to the units, high-ceilings, large room sizes, single-floor layouts and great views.
Six units have sold within the past two weeks, and only seven remain available.
