Only two units remain at Superior 110 in River North

by sponsored post on 10/17/12

Its neighbors affectionately call Superior 110 “the blue building.”

One glance and you know the reason why the new high-rise at 110 W Superior in River North merits that moniker.

Only two units remain for sale at this boutique luxury condo, and the developer is offering an incentive that has special meaning in a neighborhood where parking is at a premium: two parking spaces with each unit.

A 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath unit with two large terraces on the 7th floor is priced at $1,129,000 and a 20th floor 3-bedroom, 3-bath at $1,159,000. Both units enjoy outstanding views — and are likely to continue to enjoy them given the area’s downzoning.

2 free spots were also being offered when I looked at this building over 10 months ago – so how is that a (new) incentive?

There’s not a flat-out statement that this is a new incentive. It is an incentive, no?
