Open House Sundays: 2512 North Bosworth

I wandered around Lincoln Park this weekend looking for open houses and stumbled upon three developments with homes on the market, the first being this two-bedroom, two-bath home at 2512 N Bosworth Ave, a four-story rehab building just southeast of Ashland and Wrightwood. It’s the home of agent Scott Johnson, who is the son of Baird & Warner broker associate Susan Johnson. The top floor, 1,400 square-foot unit is listed in the $430s. You’ll see some of the units best features are its high ceilings and balcony views that overlook the quaint Wrightwood Park below.
