The place has been finished for at least 5 months and nobody has moved in that I can see. Our offices have views into the Winthrop club and all of the units are empty from what I observe both in the day and the evening. The only thing I have noticed is that they leave some of the lights on in the empty units at night, perhaps on purpose? I overheard a co-worker say that she heard this building was going rental.
