The Matt Garrison Group at Coldwell Banker has begun taking reservations… err, “pre-boarding” for Paramount Homes‘ new development, Bucktown Station. The four-story, triangular building, located at 1874 N Winnebago Ave (at Western Ave), will have 15 condos with two or three bedrooms, 1,391 to 2,256 square feet, and private decks; the ground floor is devoted to retail. Condos are priced from the $390s to the $590s. The development is currently “on track” with a proposed delivery date in 2007.
