It might have more concrete than lawn, it sits in shadow from early afternoon on, and I still don’t know what it brings to the neighborhood that Erie Park didn’t, but hey, it’s almost finished. Parc Huron‘s leasing staff promised the building’s park (located east of the building, near the corner of Erie and Hudson streets) would be finished in early September, and the landscaping crew came reasonably close to meeting that goal.
