Parc Huron, the condo-turned-rental high-rise under construction at 469 W Huron St in River North, will top out on Wednesday, according to M&R Development and RMK Management Corporation.
The Hartshorne Plunkard-designed tower has gone up about as quietly as one can — new banners didn’t go up outside the project until Friday, presumably the same time a new Web site, www.parchuron.com, went live. The site features several new renderings of the project, including one of the small park planned just east of the tower.
M&R Development hasn’t released rental rates for the tower’s one- to three-bedrooms (a Globe St story from December, now behind a firewall, mentioned a range of $1,530 to $3,600 a month), but the development’s Web site does include a laundry-list of amenities like an “aqua center” with steam rooms, saunas, and a spa pool, and a terrace with an outdoor fireplace.
