ParkView’s townhomes: single-family style with high-rise perks

by Joseph Askins on 9/10/09

ParkView isn’t the only high-rise around with townhome-style units near its base, but I can’t think of any others where the townhomes have terraces overlooking a park on one level and an amenities deck on another. Last week Joe Zekas followed Mike Maier of MCL Companies into one of these unusual homes, a two-story, 1,730 square-foot unit priced in the $780s. One one-bedroom townhome is also available in the $610s, Maier says.
