Penthouse views from Burnham Pointe

Burnham Pointe, 730 S Clark St, became a rental project in early 2008, which means we didn’t spend much time covering its completion and opening last summer. But with all the rental alternatives available to potential buyers right now, it would be silly to ignore the 28-story tower completely.

Yesterday Jeremy and I trekked down to the South Loop to pay a short visit to Burnham Pointe. Near the end of our trip, we traveled up to the 27th and 28th floors to check out the views from its penthouse apartments. One- and two-bedrooms on those floors rent from $2,463 to $4,921 a month.
