The Radco Companies has opened three new condo models at Prairie House at Central Station, a new 187-unit mid-rise in the South Loop.
Since taking over the project from Bejco Development in December 2003, the Radco Companies has sold all but 22 units at the development. Remaining condos have one to three bedrooms and 1.5 to three baths, base priced from the high $300s to the mid-$900s.
In addition to each home having at least one balcony or terrace – some up to 65 feet wide – condominiums at Prairie House also include nine-foot ceilings, open living areas with hardwood floors, gas fireplaces with marble hearths and surrounds, 42-inch upper cabinets and Whirlpool appliances. Bedroom suites have walk-in and wardrobe closets and master baths with oversized showers, soaking tubs, Kohler faucets and dual bowl vanities.
A sales center is open on site at 1515 S. Prairie.
