Prairie House reaches 75 percent sold

Since taking over the Prairie House at Central Station development from Bejco, the Radco Companies has reached the 75 percent sold mark at the 203-unit condo and townhouse project.
“Prairie House delivers a great value, with generously sized floor plans, abundant outdoor space and a peaceful, scenic location off tree-lined Prairie Avenue,” said Norman Radow, president of the Radco Companies.

The development, at 1515 S. Prairie, includes 187 condos and six townhouses. Remaining homes have one to three bedrooms, 1.5 to three baths, one deeded parking space and base prices from the upper $200s to the $880s.

All homes have at least one balcony or terrace, some up to 65 feet wide. Residential units start on the fourth floor, above the garage, giving the units unobstructed downtown views.

Features include granite counters, breakfast bars, fireplaces, master suites, hardwood floors and nine-foot ceilings per plan. A rooftop entertainment room includes outdoor terrace space where residents can host private parties.

The development sits in the heart of Central Station, an 80-acre mixed-use development planned for up to 14 million square feet of new retail, office, hotel and residential space.
