Price reductions on new Lincoln Park condos

by Joe Zekas on 2/9/12

New homes and condos by Chicago-based Noah properties come loaded up with practical and stylish extras that buyers hesitated to pay for in the super-heated market of several years back. The combination of competitive prices and over-the-top finishes has generally resulted in rapid sales in the current sluggish market.

One of Noah’s current projects is a 5-unit condo at 2521 N Ashland Ave in Lincoln Park, just around the corner from the popular Wrightwood Park. The development includes two duplex 4-bedroom, 3-bath units (both already sold), an unusual top-level 2,000 square foot unit with a private roofdeck on the same level (also sold), and 2 3-bedroom, 2-bath simplex units.

When we reported on this property a month ago, in a sponsored post, the remaining units were priced at $379,900. They’ve just been reduced to $349,900.

Sergio & BanksIzabela Sloma has represented a number of Noah Properties’ developments and is our tour guide in the sponsored video, above.
