Today’s e-mail brings news of a “huge price reduction” at 757 Orleans at Chicago, a new River North high-rise. The e-mail invites brokers to visit an open house on September 10th and “learn more about our new prices before the public does.” Call your broker with the news.
Studios are now priced from $187,000, one-bedrooms from $287,000 and 2-bedrooms from $387,000. Back in June we reported studio prices beginning in the $240s and one-bedrooms in the $360s. Price reductions range up to $125,000 according to today’s e-mail.
