Hang tight, dear readers — I’m still working with the people at K Station to put together a walk-through of Alta‘s western tower at Kinzie and Jefferson streets in the Fulton River District. Thankfully, more and more information about prices and incentives is cropping up at the Alta Web site.
The latter has the best breakdown of rental rates for the studios to three-bedrooms at Alta’s western tower. The prices advertised there are:
- Studios with 563 to 595 square feet, priced from $1,286 to $1,515 a month.
- One-bedroom / one-baths with 561 to 956 square feet, priced from $1,465 to $2,056 a month.
- Two-bedroom / two-baths with 1,112 to 1,172 square feet, priced from $2,373 to $2,560 a month.
- Penthouses with 1,282 to 1,514 square feet, priced from $3,785 to $3,969 a month.
There are also mentions of two contest promotions for early renters. One of the first 100 tenants will win a new Vespa scooter (scooter giveaways are back!), and one registered visitor who tours the building will receive a $500 American Express gift card.
