We are officially on fire with over 18 closed and pending YTD. We shifted our focus from development to resale in 2008 and getting traction.

Update: On Monday evening Garrison clarified through Twitter that he meant “$18 million closed and pending,” not “18 homes,” and added that he’s closer to $20 million now. That’s maybe even more impressive.
